  I've been to other Woolies and this one at Bass Hill has the friendliest and best customer service. A bit odd that thehre closed on Fridays and Sundays though?

  The absolute worst Woolworths I've ever walked into. There's no service. The staff are so rude and totally dismissive. Recently I was a few lousy cents short of $40 so they dug in their heals and only gave me one of those new Marvel tokens for the kids. I needed to then buy something else I had forgotten and with the receipt I asked if I could at least get a second one. Begrudgingly this fat cow decided to give me one but only after I was quoted the "rules", that these things have to be on one receipt only and she was actually doing me a one off "favour". Are you friggin' kidding me?! The money has still been spent, it's virtually no skin off that bulb you call a nose, so please stick your rules where even the sun would be ashamed to shine. I'll choose another Woolworths to shop at.

  Went to get the usual Sunday groceries yesterday and was greeted by a lovely gentleman by the name of Rami who was serving me. His respect and enthusiasm was amazing and the way he treated the customer before was outstanding. A true asset to the company and a well mannered man who will go far with whatever he chooses to do as long as he keeps that attitude

  The staff seem to think it's a social gathering & get annoyed if you ask for help. Adrian is the rudest most unpleasant one of them all; he loves to gossip rather than work & has a horrible attitude towards customers; get another job, preferably one where you don't need to deal with people. Disgusting.

  Adrian in the seafood and deli section is one of the most helpful and nice people in the store. He is always happy and has great customer service. All the other staff are fantastic as well, even if they have to put up with really rude and ungreatfull customers,great place to shop.

  Again, another great staff member. Christina in the deli and seafood section is helpful with selections I purchase and has a wonderful happy disposition. Have to agree with advertisement, "That's why I pick woolie's"
